Rumaplast is a joint-stock company which was founded in 1976 as a factory for the manufacture of rigid PVC pipes.
The company’s headquarters are located in Ruma, a town with a population of about 35,000, located at the crossroads of the Belgrade-Zagreb and Novi Sad-Šabac highways, and not far from the Belgrade-Zagreb railway route. The Belgrade Airport is only 45 km away. The climate conditions in this area are determined by the 45th meridian, which passes right through the town of Ruma.
