Rumaplast ad Ruma is a Serbia-based company engaged in the processing of plastic mass.
Its product range includes polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) pipes, used for plumbing, sewage systems, gas transporting, industrial lines. It also produces protecting electric power cables. Pipes are produced in diameters from 25 to 400 mm (millimeters).
The Company also offers fittings and rubber stoppers for various kinds of pipes. It wholly owns two, based in Slovenia subsidiaries, including Rumaplast-invest doo Ljubljana and Rumaplast-promet Maribor.
As of December 31, 2009, the Company's minority stakeholders were Aktiva SEI BV, Combac Establishment, Proinvestments ad and others.
